Welcome to our 3-star rated upper-level villa, an exceptional accommodation nestled in lush greenery. Here, the entire floor is reserved for you, with level access for your utmost comfort. What will you love most? A vast 48 m² terrace and a private garden, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and hills, all with complete privacy. A garden lounge with a parasol, as well as a summer kitchen with a gas griddle for grilling, make it the ideal place to gather with family or friends (up to 6 people) and completely disconnect.
The accommodation: Comfort, space and a pleasant lifestyle
Inside, discover a bright and welcoming 50 m² space, designed to make everyone feel at home:
The living area: A perfectly fitted kitchen opening onto an air-conditioned and light-filled living room, equipped with a table for 6 guests and a cozy sofa bed (sleeps 2).
The master suite: A true haven with its King Size bed of 180 x 200 cm, its double wardrobe and its private bathroom.
The second bedroom: Perfect for children or another couple, with its private bathroom and modular bedding (two 80x190 cm beds or one 160 x 200 cm double bed as you prefer).
The practical extras: Separate WC with hand basin, a parking space right in front of your entrance, as well as access to the residence's washing machine and dryer.
The exteriors: Your private and shared paradise
From the living room, slide directly outside to fully enjoy the mild southern weather:
Your private space: A huge terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola for your lunches in the shade facing the sea, and a private garden with sun loungers for your naps, while the children enjoy the games.
The pool & leisure area (available from June to September): By taking the stairs, you'll access a large shared pool measuring 8m x 3m, secured by a cover and a retractable ladder. Below, a true relaxation area awaits you with sun loungers, an outdoor solar shower,
For moments of sharing: Table football, ping-pong, a pétanque court and children's games are available for you to create wonderful memories.
A few details to ensure your stay goes smoothly.
In July and August: To allow you to fully enjoy the region, we favour weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
Serenity of the place: In order to preserve the absolute calm of this natural setting and the rest of everyone, noisy parties are not allowed.
