Inside, you'll find a warm and airy 50 m² area designed to make you feel right at home:
Living area: Fully equipped kitchen open to a bright, air-conditioned living room with a dining table for 6 and a cozy sofa bed (sleeps 2).
Master Suite: A relaxing retreat with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), double wardrobe, and a private bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Ideal for children or another couple, featuring flexible bedding (two single beds or one large double bed) and a private bathroom.
Additional conveniences: Separate toilet with hand-wash basin, parking spot right by the entrance, and laundry facilities available in the residence.
Outdoor Paradise & Shared Amenities
Step outside from the living room to enjoy the enchanting southern climate:
Your private space includes a large terrace with a bioclimatic pergola for shaded dining overlooking the sea, plus a garden with sun loungers for relaxing while children play.
Shared pool area (available June to September): a secure 8 x 3 m pool with safety cover, sun loungers, and an outdoor solar shower.
Fun for all: Baby-foot (table soccer), ping-pong, pétanque court, and children's play area for memorable moments.
Practical Information for a Peaceful Stay
In July and August, weekly stays are preferred (Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 nights) to fully enjoy the region.
To maintain serenity and respect for all guests, noisy parties are not allowed.
